Look at what we have here….Kevin over at CrackBerry.com received some nice photos this morning of the new BlackBerry Bold 9650.  Just after seeing some of the OEM parts yesterday with bold branding we now have a live device that also shows off the Bold branding. So what it looks like is that the 96XX line will be the CDMA Bold Bold’s and the 97XX line up will be all the GSM Bold’s.  Kevin is claiming that above the addition of WiFi and trackpad (that we have known for some time) the Bold 9650 will receive OpenGl support, which will allow developers to make 3D games for the new BlackBerry. Ask and you will receive, MobileSyrup has received confirmation that the Tour 2 (Bold 9750 ?) and Storm 2 will be making its way to MTS Mobility. MobileSyrup came across this information when HoFo member “CodWill” emailed MTS and received this reply,

“Thanks for your email. We currently plan to launch both the Blackberry Storm 2 & the Tour 2 in late spring early summer 2010. We are also currently in talks with several manufacturers in regards to the Android phones but unfortunately nothing is nailed down at this point, we are looking at a tentative launch date of an Android unit in Spring 2010.”

Well its kind of a confirmation on the Tour 2 (CDMA Bold) but hopefully carriers will stick to their plans……..but that rarely happens, so hold in there guys its almost here.

Last week we posted that Verizon’s inventory system is showing the sku for the BlackBerry Tour2 9650 dummy units, We now just got wind from BBLeaks.com that Sprint also has a sku for their Tour 2 dummy units so could this launch be weeks away? We do know Salomondrin tweeted today saying that the tour 2 should launch on feb 3 but dont hold us or him to it because device  launches almost always get delayed, to tie everyone over we have provided a link to our Tour 2 unboxing video we posted about two weeks ago. Who is thinking of getting the tour 2? or will you wait for another device like the Pearl 2 3G?
