T-Mobile has announced that the BlackBerry Q10 is coming to their network. This device is available for order today for business customers at a price of $119.99. Consumers will be able to get their hands on the Q10 beginning in June for $99 down with 20 additional monthly payments of $20. The Q10 will be available in T-Mobile retail stores, online at T-Mobile.com, and at various retail partners. Interested customers can register for updates on the Q10 at the link below.

BlackBerry fans in America have another reason to be excited today. The BlackBerry Z10 has now officially launched on T-Mobile. This means that BlackBerry fans can now get their fix on either AT&T or T-Mobile, with Verizon availability coming this Thursday, March 28th. The T-Mobile Z10 is available beginning today in stores or online at T-Mobile.com. The Z10 will run you $531.99 on a T-Mobile contract. You can choose to pay the full price at purchase, or you can pay $99 at purchase then $18 per month for 24 months. Grab yours at the link below or in your local store.

It’s been confirmed that T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon all plan to launch the BlackBerry Z10, we just haven’t gotten a firm date for the launch yet. That is, until now. Internal documentation from T-Mobile has revealed that the Z10 will be available on March 27th. There’s still no confirmation from other US carriers as to a launch date, however, I wouldn’t recommend expecting the release before the second half of March.

We have a leaked roadmap from T-Mobile’s internal channels showing a launch date for BlackBerry 10. And the date is not what anyone was hoping for; however, it’s not concrete and could change. The date is March 27th and it actually falls in line well with what we have heard from T-Mobile representatives. They have stated that T-Mobile will be launching BlackBerry 10 “later this year.” March would qualify well with that statement. Either way, we know T-Monile is getting BlackBerry 10. So, if you’re on that network you’ll get a chance to have the BlackBerry 10 goodness sometime this year.

This week at CES 2013 in Vegas, RIM didn’t have a booth and there weren’t any major announcements from partners. This, however, didn’t mean that RIM wasn’t present at the biggest and most important electronics show every year. RIM was meeting secretly with partners and potential partners in backrooms at CES. There were also big confirmations from the 4 major American carriers regarding BlackBerry 10. Read on past the break for how the confirmation from each carrier came in.

BlackBerry Curve 9315 Launching January 23rd on T-Mobile
11:30 am on Jan 3, 2013 | Leave a comment

RIM and T-Mobile have announced today that the all-new BlackBerry Curve 9315 will be launching on January 23rd on T-Mobile. The 9315 is another low-end Curve variant aimed at a small number of BlackBerry customers on the T-Mobile network. Some features of the 9315 include:
- Instant messaging made easy – A dedicated BBM key and full QWERTY keyboard makes real-time chat with friends and family much easier.
- Social networks in real time – Preloaded apps for Facebook and Twitter and the new Social Feeds 2.0 app allow you to update multiple social applications simultaneously, and see feeds/updates from multiple sources in one consolidated view.
- Wi-Fi connectivity and calling - Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity for voice and data allow users to access the information they need when and where they need it and Wi-Fi calling allows for calls and messages over an available Wi-Fi network.
- Integrated camera – A 3.2MP camera with LED flash, digital zoom and support for video recording.
- Built-in FM radio – With an integrated FM radio, listen to your favorite local FM radio stations on the go without using data.
This device will be available for preorder on January 16th and orders begin shipping on the 23rd. The 9315 will also be in T-Mobile retail locations on the 23rd. It’s quite strange that RIM is still releasing BlackBerry OS 7 devices with BlackBerry 10 debuting on January 30th. This almost certainly means that RIM does not have any low-end BlackBerry 10 devices coming, a huge issue when the vast majority of their customers purchase the lower end devices. This could also signal that T-Mobile is not going to be carrying BlackBerry 10 at launch. Check past the break for the full Press Release.

T-Mobile’s MyAccount App Now Available for BlackBerry 10
4:11 pm on Nov 30, 2012 | Leave a comment

We all know that the BlackBerry 10 OS is set to be revealed January 30th and then the first BlackBerry 10 devices will launch in February. We also know that BlackBerry World is open for developers to submit BlackBerry 10 applications. One thing we couldn’t confirm, until now, is what carriers would have BlackBerry 10 devices in February. It seems as if we can add T-Mobile to the list of carriers that are supporting and will be launching BlackBerry 10.
T-Mobile has launched their “MyAccount” application in BlackBerry World exclusively for BlackBerry 10 devices. We don’t have a BlackBerry 10 device with a T-Mobile sim to try it out; however, I expect that someone will and will be posting more information on this in the coming weeks. This helps concrete the fact that T-Mobile will be supporting BlackBerry 10 on their network and gives us pretty good confirmation that RIM will be covering all four major US carriers at launch. You can check out the app and its compatibility listings at the link below.

T-Mobile has just officially announced that the BlackBerry Torch 9810 is coming to their network. Pre-sales for business customers are beginning today and the device will be available to consumers across all channels on November 9th. The Torch 9810 will run on T-Mobile’s “4G” HSPA+ network and compete directly with AT&T. T-Mobile had the following to say about the Torch 9810:
“Powered by the latest BlackBerry 7 operating system and a 1.2 GHz processor, the BlackBerry Torch 9810 provides a fast and fluid premium smartphone experience. The BlackBerry Torch 9810 combines a brilliant 3.2-inch TFT VGA capacitive touch-screen display with a full QWERTY slide-out keyboard for a truly efficient and intuitive mobile communications experience.
Encased in a sleek and stylish form factor with a zinc grey color finish, the BlackBerry Torch 9810 is equipped with essential smartphone features, including access to BBM™ (BlackBerry® Messenger), personal and corporate e-mail, and social networking applications; a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording; and access to BlackBerry App World™ for downloading premium applications and games.”
The Torch 9810 will run you $249.99, and that’s with a 2-year contract and after a mail-in rebate. So you’re looking at $299.99 at purchase then a check back for $50 sometime in the future. There’s no mention of an outright purchase price, but based on other carriers, you’ll be looking somewhere between $500 and $600. Let us know if you plan to pick one up for yourself on November 9th.

Looks as though the US exclusivity on the Torch 9810 is about to end, as documents surface that dictate a November 9th launch for T-Mobile USA. Still nothing official from the carrier or RIM, but this is the second time we’ve seen this date. So we must ask…who’s getting one?

T-Mobile road map leak shows the BlackBerry Torch 9810 coming Novemeber
10:56 am on Oct 5, 2011 | Leave a comment

If this leaked T-Mobile document holds true it looks as though AT&T maybe losing their exclusivity on the BlackBerry Torch 9810 that they’ve heled since the original Torch 9800 launched in the US. According to this document, the Torch 9810 should be making its way onto T-Mobile around November 9th, with pricing to be determined. So how many users would be looking to pick up the BlackBerry 7 powered smartphone on T-Mobile?
