The internet is abuzz about the iPhone 5 today, but here at TheBerryFix.com we’re talking about its next big competitor, BBX. What is BBX you ask? The team over at CrackBerry has gotten word from multiple sources that the upcoming QNX-based BlackBerry SmartPhone Operating System is going to be called BlackBerry X, or BBX for short. This naming convention makes sense. Compare it to the current name for the PlayBook OS, the QNX BlackBerry Tablet Operating System. BBX sounds quite a bit better, eh? We should see this name debut at DevCon along with a preview of the OS on the new BlackBerry QNX SmartPhones. Are you excited about DevCon 2011 and the coming announcement of BBX?
