Well it looks as though the price cuts have begun. Last week during the investors call, RIM said that they would be offering significant price reductions on the PlayBook models in hopes to push inventory and build the user base. Well, it looks like Walmart has begun the “roll back.” Walmart Canada has offered 50% off the 16GB PlayBook making it only $249.99, a steal for a device as powerful as it is.
