Just after the second press call Co-CEOs Mike Lazaridis and Jim Balsillie have announced that the BlackBerry service has been fully restored. Some users may be experiencing delay in sending messages and a simple batterypull could fix this issue as the device may have been disconnected from the servers for to long.
