Looks like carriers are taking care of the newer devices before they roll out OS 5.0 for the past generation of devices. Earlier this week we received a tip that Bell Mobility in Canada had released Bold 9700 OS 5.0.0.423, now we have carrier AVEA release os 5.0.0.400 for the 9700. We haven’t seen any change log so if you notice anything new post in the comments.
