While the world sits and watches RIM struggle to regain control of their bread and butter service, BIS and BES, RIM has posted an official page for both North America and the United Kingdom.
Every time we have a BlackBerry service outage (while they are normally few and far between) I like to sit there and think about how large the impact of RIMs global services are. Over 75 million users rely on BlackBerry messenger to communicate daily and when there is an outage people are lost, not knowing what to do. One thing I would like to stress is that though this can be painful RIM will have everything back up and running as soon as they possibly can, and calling into your carrier will not solve anything.
