Powermat has just begun introducing the wireless charging solution to the world and it’s taking off. Recently they have released the new 2X charging mats allowing you to charge two BlackBerrys devices at once…oh and without wires. Powermat works on induction charging, no its not magic, it uses an electromagnetic field to transfer electricity from the base to your electronic device, in this case to your BlackBerry, through a special battery door (or special battery..thats down the road). I’ve been using their soulution for some time now and honestly I find it easy to just set my phone down on the mat by my bed than to fumble with the my USB cable in the dark.
