If your looking to pick-up the 9650 it will run you about 149.99 on a two year with mail-in rebate, but if you want to know the full scoop grab the press release after the break.
Just last week we dropped images and a video of the new BlackBerry Bold 9800 Slider, but today the guys over at CrackBerry.com have released the first images of the new low cost BlackBerry Curve 9300. There really isn’t anything amazing about the 9300 other than its packing WiFi, GPS and has the new chrome styling of all the newer pre released devices, it will also be sporting 256 mb of memory but things like memory are easy to change and we hope it launches with 512 to give the end user more app storage. Check out more photos from the source.

Last year RIM announced that they were opening up the OpenGL APIs on the BlackBerry Storm 2, but not many games even to this date use the 3D support. Tank Recon 3D for BlackBerry provides those stunning 3D graphics that BlackBerry users have been craving for since the iPhones debute. This game will run you $7.99, now thats cheaper than most games on the iPhone because they run for about $9.99, Tank Recon 3D is now available in TheBerryFix.com SuperStore and through our on-device SuperStore.

Another day another year, isn’t that the old saying? Well as I celebrate the big two-three today, I’ve decided to start our new series of posts we like to call “TBF Community Reviews”. What we are looking to do is every week feature a review from one of our readers, whether it be a review on a new BlackBerry, case or even the newest application you have installed on your BlackBerry just send the review in and your review will be on TheBerryFix.com along side your name. Now to keep this running of course we will need everyone to send their reviews in which we have made extremely simple, all you have to do is send it to us in an email to editorial (@) theberryfix.com. You can even record a YouTube video of you unboxing your latest BlackBerry or BlackBerry accessory. I’m going to go enjoy my big day and hopefully we can feature some of our reader’s reviews on TBF next week!

The grand master of pretty much the last stop for a device before it goes public is of course the FCC and they have just approved the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 with AWS bands. Just over a month ago the FCC approved the WCDMA 850 / 1900 pearls but now they have granted the 9100 sporting AWS the okay into the consumers hands, T-mobile has kept quite quiet about carrying the new Pearl 3G but this gets us a little closer to a confirmation. The AWS bands in North America are used on T-mobile and Canadian carrier Wind Mobile so it shouldn’t be long before the hot new pearl makes its way into the hands of those carriers customers.
