For some, using a BlackBerry smartphone can he a daunting task, but with BlackBerry school we are here to make that switch from your old dated cell phone to a brand new BlackBerry device enjoyable. In this lesson we are going to walk you through the many shortcut keys that are integrated into the BlackBerry Browser. These keys are universal from BlackBerry OS 4.2 and up. BlackBerry browser shortcut.

  1. Shift and Space – to enter a “/” in the web address field
  2. Space – to enter a period in the web address field
  3. a – to add a bookmark
  4. enter – to follow a link
  5. g – to bring up the Start/Go to… page
  6. h – to load the home page
  7. i – to zoom in on a web page
  8. j – to turn on support of JavaScript
  9. l – to open the bookmark list
  10. 0 – to zoom out on a web page
  11. p – to view the web page address for the current page
  12. r – to refresh a web page
  13. s – to open browser options
  14. shift and space – to move up a screen
  15. u – to hide/view the banner
  16. y – to view a list of recently visite web pages
  17. z – to switch between column view and page view
  18. b – to move to the bottom of the web page
  19. f – to find keywords in the current page
  20. space to move down a screen
  21. t – to move to the top of a web page
