We have heard of the 3G and 4G BlackBerry PlayBooks many times before. We last saw the 4G variant pictured for a late 2012 release and now there are some actual hands-on images of the device. The article that goes along with the photos claims that the 4G PlayBook is being distributed among RIM’s corporate partners for final testing before a launch later this year. The 4G PlayBook featured in this hands-on is running OS 2.0.1.345 and is reportedly much faster than the current WiFi-only model. This is most likely due to the upgrade to a 1.5 GHz processor.
