We all know that a full-touchscreen BlackBerry 10 phone will be launching in a few months and then sometime after that we will see a QWERTY-keyboard equipped model launching. We don’t have much information on these two devices, that is, until now. An internal RIM presentation slide has been leaked today and it shows off RIM’s first 2 BlackBerry 10 phones, the L-Series and the N-Series.
The L-Series will be the first BlackBerry 10 device to launch. It is very similar to the current Dev Alpha that developers are currently testing. The specs on the L-Series include:
- 786 x 1280 Screen
- 356 Pixels per inch
- 55 mm width
These sound like some great specs and will match up with the awesome quality we already see with the Dev Alpha. Then there is the N-Series. The listed specs for this device include:
- 720 x 720 Screen
- 330 Pixels per inch
- 52 – 53 mm width
The slide also lists the N-Series as having an OLED display and “one screen direction.” While this slide doesn’t really give us too much to go on, it certainly shows some good progress and gives us hope for what BlackBerry 10 will bring later this year.
