Ask and you shall receive. The Team over at MobileSyrup have gotten their hands on the pricing for the new BlackBerry Curve 9300 set to reales on Bell mobility and Telus in August. We don’t have pricing on the Telus handsets but they should be close if not identical to Bell’s pricing. If your looking to get the 9300 on Bell be prepared to jump on to a 36 month contract and pay $49.99, not a bad price but those three year contracts are killer when most contracts in other countries are 24 month. Anyone excited for the new Curve? or is everyone just waiting for the 9800?

    Here’s a question for you zach. Should I dump my iPhone 3G for a 9700 at $149 plus a $50 mail in rebate and a $35 admin fee, or should I wait for the 9800?
    I could also get the iPhone 4 at $159.
    Makes the 9700 seem a bit pricey!

      If you like touch screen devices I would recommend holding off for the 9800, the 9700 isn’t the best device to buy at the moment with all the BlackBerry 6 devices that are in the pipes.

    Well the only decent benefit to the touch screen is that they’re bigger screens. I don’t like virtual keyboards!
    The 9800 looks awesome, but what am I going to have to dish out to get one? $200? $300?.
    If so then it’s better to just get the 9700. They’re still pretty damn nice!

      Its really hard to guess on the price as we haven’t heard anything about it. My guess would be that it will be priced were the 9700 was when it launched, so about 249$ on contract.
